Alongr / ThaiGo product ecosystem

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 28, 2026

These provisional Terms of Service govern your use of Alongr, a social and discovery service in the ThaiGo product ecosystem. By using Alongr, you agree to these Terms. They will be reviewed before the full public launch.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alongr. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate enough to operate your account, protecting your sign-in access and activity under your account, and promptly telling us if you believe it has been compromised. Do not create an account for someone else or maintain more than one account to evade a restriction.

What Alongr provides

Alongr lets people create profiles, discover other people, create or join Plans and Groups, and communicate through supported conversations. Features may differ by platform, location, account state or eligibility. A Plan or Group is user-created content and is not an endorsement, guarantee or arrangement made by Alongr.

Conduct and safety

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, exploit or discriminate against others. Do not use Alongr for illegal activity, unwanted commercial solicitation, sexual exploitation, scams, credential theft, attempts to defeat safety controls, or to share another person’s private information without permission. You are responsible for making careful decisions about what you share and whom you meet.

Plans, Groups and real-world meetings

Plans and Groups can lead to in-person meetings. Alongr cannot verify every person, location, claim or circumstance and cannot guarantee that a meeting will be safe, happen as described or be suitable for you. Use public places, tell someone you trust about your plans, protect your personal information and leave if something feels unsafe. Report or block users when appropriate.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit, including profile information, photos, media, Plans, Groups and messages. You give Alongr the permission reasonably needed to host, store, display, transmit and process that content to provide, secure and moderate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, and it must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Moderation and account action

Alongr may review or act on content and accounts when needed to protect users, respond to reports, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, including without advance notice where safety or abuse requires it. Blocking and reporting tools are available where supported, but no tool guarantees that every unwanted interaction will stop.

Intellectual property

The Alongr service, including its software, design, names and service materials, is owned by or licensed to the service operator and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable permission to use the service for its intended personal purpose. Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or misuse it except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Third-party services

Alongr depends on third-party services, including shared Supabase infrastructure and Apple authentication or platform services where applicable. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided as available and may change, pause or become unavailable for maintenance, safety, platform or other reasons. To the extent allowed by law, Alongr is not responsible for user conduct, user content, meetings between users, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Deletion and changes

You may stop using Alongr and request account deletion through the supported account flow when available. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or dispute handling. We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms where the law permits; material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.
